Ben took on our awkward attic insulation job in summer 2024. He was the only company to quote a pragmatic, cost effective approach. The approach was only possible given Ben's expertise and preparedness to take on tricky working conditions. Others wanted to remove and relay the house roof at 4 times the cost. This is a very efficient company. I found through a government website on insulation and the gentleman who replied was very quick and efficient coming soon to look at my loft insulation as it was.

He was very helpful with material types and discussed all aspects, including allowing for some special enclosed insulation so that some storage was retained around the loft entrance . He is very knowledgeable. I was amazed how quickly he fixed up a date. He is a very warm, friendly and efficient gentleman.

On the day it was all so easy, all arrangements for delivery of the insulation went smoothly, as did the installation. It was very hard for him to gain access through a small hatch, with dim light and no ladder, with a large loft cover with insulation. I had thought there would be a lot of mess but there was not. So the whole experience was completely painless. He was so knowledgeable and answered lots of questions, being forth coming with helpful advice and suggestions. I would very much recommend this firm!

Following our initial enquiry, Ben did a detailed survey of our existing and very patchy roof insulation. He then discussed with us what needed to be done to bring it up to modern standards and provided us with a quotation for the work. Following acceptance, he came the following week and completed the work in three days. I was able to inspect the completed work in reasonably accessible areas and Ben took photos and videos of areas where access was difficult. In all areas, the work had been done meticulously.
