Ben took on our awkward attic insulation job in summer 2024. He was the only company to quote a pragmatic, cost effective approach. The approach was only possible given Ben's expertise and preparedness to take on tricky working conditions. Others wanted to remove and relay the house roof at 4 times the cost. The mix of board, lose and foil insulation is working really well , with rooms adjoining the attic, already warmer and less musty than last autumn.

This is a very efficient company. I found through a government website on insulation and the gentleman who replied was very quick and efficient coming soon to look at my loft insulation as it was.

He was very helpful with material types and discussed all aspects, including allowing for some special enclosed insulation so that some storage was retained around the loft entrance . He is very knowledgeable. I was amazed how quickly he fixed up a date. He is a very warm, friendly and efficient gentleman.

On the day it was all so easy, all arrangements for delivery of the insulation went smoothly, as did the installation. It was very hard for him to gain access through a small hatch, with dim light and no ladder, with a large loft cover with insulation. I had thought there would be a lot of mess but there was not. So the whole experience was completely painless. He was so knowledgeable and answered lots of questions, being forth coming with helpful advice and suggestions. I would very much recommend this firm!

Ben recently installed loft insulation in my bungalow. I cannot fault his service! Clear communication throughout, from suggestions on what insulation would work best for me (and my budget), explanations (to my numerous questions…I’m an inquisitive sort!) on how insulation works, as well as working dates and times. The work itself was well thought out and executed and thought was also given to accommodating working space for any future trades that may need loft access. In my case, solar panel engineers.

Ben was professional, friendly and an all round good guy.
