Following our initial enquiry, Ben did a detailed survey of our existing and very patchy roof insulation. He then discussed with us what needed to be done to bring it up to modern standards and provided us with a quotation for the work. Following acceptance, he came the following week and completed the work in three days. I was able to inspect the completed work in reasonably accessible areas and Ben took photos and videos of areas where access was difficult. In all areas, the work had been done meticulously.
