This is a very efficient company. I found through a government website on insulation and the gentleman who replied was very quick and efficient coming soon to look at my loft insulation as it was.

He was very helpful with material types and discussed all aspects, including allowing for some special enclosed insulation so that some storage was retained around the loft entrance . He is very knowledgeable. I was amazed how quickly he fixed up a date. He is a very warm, friendly and efficient gentleman.

On the day it was all so easy, all arrangements for delivery of the insulation went smoothly, as did the installation. It was very hard for him to gain access through a small hatch, with dim light and no ladder, with a large loft cover with insulation. I had thought there would be a lot of mess but there was not. So the whole experience was completely painless. He was so knowledgeable and answered lots of questions, being forth coming with helpful advice and suggestions. I would very much recommend this firm!

I am so happy to recommend this company and Ben Perry. Ben had to resolve and add to some poor work we had already had done. His knowledge is apparent when talking with him but he also provides proper quotes, photos, paperwork and emails with technical details, recommended materials, his insurance cover etc etc that makes you realise that others nowadays fall very short indeed. If you want a proper job done with proper paperwork for the future, look no further.

Ben came and offered a very good price which we accepted. He was willing to do the work within 5 days but we preferred to wait a bit longer to have the work done and Ben was happy to oblige. He arrived on time on the day and was very tidy, did an excellent job and swept up after. Can highly recommend.
